Return Policy before Order is Dispatched:

If you have placed order by mistake or you have selected wrong books in order then please talk with our support executive via chat tool given on our website before order is dispatched. You will be given solution of your problem or order will be cancelled by our support executive in no time. Alternatively you can write email to support@booksnpages.com with subject:  Cancel Order # {Your order no}  while specifying the Reason for cancelling the order in email.

NOTE: Once the order is dispatched then we wont be able to cancel the order.

Return Policy after Order is Delivered:

If you find wrong books delivered than one specified in your order then you need to write email to support@booksnpages.com by replying to order confirmation mail. Our support staff will ask you to take photos and videos of certain sides/pages of books having our markers and send to us on email. Our support staff will review and if found to be mistake from our dispatch side then we will send you next steps for returning the the book(s) and initiate refunds/replacements subject to following conditions:

1. The books ordered are not matching to the books delivered as established by by our review team from the attached image/video of particular sides/Pages of books delivered.

2. If you have ordered a bookset and one or more books are not matching to order placed then we will send you refund or replacement of unmatched book out of bookset.

3. Final decision related to taking return of products lies with Books N Pages in case of wrong purchase done by customer.

4. The refund or replacement will be initiated after receipt of mismatched books by our backend team. 

Note:- Delhivery is our logistics partner for sending all of our shipments. Delhivery is logistics partner for established ecommerce platforms likes of Amazon/Flipkart. So you can be assured about quality and speed of shipment through Delhivery.
